I am a full time real estate broker, licensed in Minnesota. I have over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. I do this for a living. I don’t have any side jobs that would take away from my focus on selling your property. I try very hard to always be available to my clients to answer their questions and concerns. My 16+ years of experience means that there is not a lot that I haven’t seen in the industry. I have seen it all in the residential real estate market!  I have 3 years of mortgage lender experience, also.  This gives me a unique insight into how that part of then transaction works and often allows me to help bypass many of the issues that can occur in a buyer’s financing.  I have participated in the Duluth Area Association of Realtors® as an officer, board member and committee member.  These positions help to keep me up to date with the changes in the industry locally, statewide and nationally.
